Shipping Policy

We take great care when shipping our chocolates to help ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Due to the delicate nature of fine chocolate, the following shipping guidelines apply.

  • We currently ship only within the United States.
  • Packages are insulated and may include gel ice as needed; however, this does not guarantee arrival without melting when transit exceeds two days or when temperatures reach 90°F or higher.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • Online orders ship via FedEx and are monitored using PeriShip temperature tracking.
  • Shipments are scheduled to arrive by Friday to avoid sitting in transit over the weekend.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on FedEx standard rates.

Shipping Methods and Timing

  • Ground shipping typically ships Monday and Tuesday, with Wednesday shipping available for most Texas destinations.
  • Out-of-state orders placed on Wednesday ship the following Monday.
  • Wiseman House Chocolates does not ship packages on Fridays.
  • Ground shipping may not be available in all states; alternate options will be presented at checkout if needed.
  • Orders placed before noon CST typically ship the same business day when possible.
  • Please allow up to 3 to 5 business days for processing during peak seasons.

How are your chocolates made?

Our chocolates begin with fine chocolate and fresh cream blended into ganache, which is allowed to set before being hand-rolled, dipped, and decorated.

Why do your chocolates have a shorter shelf life?

We use fresh, natural ingredients without unnecessary preservatives, which results in a shorter shelf life compared to mass-produced chocolates.

How should I store my chocolates?

Store chocolates in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odors. Refrigeration is not required unless necessary, and chocolates should be sealed airtight if refrigerated.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
